Kupferman Foundation Africa is a humanitarian orphanage and child support organization located in Mbale City, Uganda. Since its establishment in 2019, the foundation has dedicated itself to restoring hope and dignity to orphaned, abandoned and vulnerable children.
Many of the children we care for come from difficult backgrounds marked by poverty, loss, neglect and hardship. We strive to create a loving family environment where every child feels safe, valued, protected and supported.
Our home provides shelter, food, clothing, education, healthcare, emotional support and spiritual guidance. Beyond meeting physical needs, we help children regain confidence, happiness and hope for the future.

What started as a small act of compassion gradually became a mission serving vulnerable children in Mbale City and surrounding communities.
Kupferman Foundation Africa began with the desire to ensure vulnerable children had someone to care for them, protect them and remind them that their lives matter.
The foundation was named in honour of Stephanie Kupferman, whose generosity, kindness and continued support inspired hope for many children. Her compassion became part of the foundation upon which this mission was built.
Over the years, the foundation has become a place where children laugh again, learn again and begin to dream again in a safe and caring family environment.
